Find every rebate your home may qualify for.
Federal Rebates is a private, nationwide rebate check for homeowners. We organize utility, state and manufacturer programs, show where each one stands, and link the source that runs it, so you can check before you buy.

Start where every rebate decision starts: your location.
State offices and utilities run different programs, with different opening dates, eligibility rules, budgets and approval steps. Pick your state and we tailor the check to the local picture.
All 50 states and D.C.
Every state is one tap away. The check opens with your state already selected.
Check first. Save the whole way.
Rebates reward the prepared: contractors, equipment specs and deadlines have to line up before you buy. So everything starts with a check, not a quote.
Check your eligibility
A two-minute check: your state, your home and the upgrade you are planning. Free, no obligation, and it tells you which program types are worth your time right now.
See your program paths
The utility, state and manufacturer programs that fit your project, each with its status and a link to the office that runs it, plus what a high-efficiency upgrade does to how your home uses energy.
Get it done right
Pre-approval, approved contractors, model lists and paperwork, handled in the right order before installation, so nothing you are entitled to slips through.
One country. Thousands of local rules.
We never flatten program status into a national promise. Federal rules, state programs and utility offers are kept apart, so every claim stays tied to the right source.
25C and 25D no longer apply
Both residential energy credits stopped applying to property placed in service after December 31, 2025. Work installed in 2026 gets no federal residential credit, and we never present one as available.
Open, partly open, not yet launched
Some state programs are taking applications, some are limited to certain households or measures, and others are still preparing to launch. We show the status we can source and link the office responsible.
Your utility, your territory
Published offers depend on utility territory, customer class, equipment, timing, contractor rules and the program's remaining budget. Confirm with the program before you purchase.
Explore rebates by upgrade
Each category routes you into the check with that project pre-selected, and into our guides on what the upgrade actually does for your home.

Source-linked
Program details point back to the utility or state office responsible for the rule. The administering source, not our summary, controls eligibility.
Status-aware
Open, partly open, not yet open and unclear are different states of reality. We show the difference instead of treating allocated money as available money.
No invented numbers
If a figure cannot be supported by the program's own published terms, it does not belong on the page. Availability and amounts are always confirmed with the program before purchase.
A platform, not a one-market landing page
Every page leads into the same 50-state structure. Your state decides the program detail; it never decides whether you can use the check.
